CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

 

Hello everyone welcome once again to my Blog the topic that I´ll talk about today is changes to my study programme, so I hope you enjoy it.

Well, if I have to change something about my study programme, that would be easy, cause I just finishing my career, so I have been in all of classes and that give an idea what's things I think there are not necessary for the career. First of all, in Biochemistry we have 3 curses about management and process and that it’s so much when we notice that all of them are pretty similar and can be just one. The other thing that I change is the electives curse, because we need a lot of credits and the faculty don´t give us the curses in the semester, so we finally take another semester just for them.

When I compare the length of my career in Chile with the length in other countries, I think it´s too much, my career in Barcelona university is just 4 years but in Chile is 5 and a half years, but always extended for the thesis and electives curses.

I don't have many problems with the infrastructure, technology, or those stuff, obviously I prefer if they have de equipment necessary for the investigation, but I can do it in other places. The thing really bothers me is the location of the faculty, it is not a save place, you can be mug even when you are inside of the faculty.

And finally, about the teaching methods, I think depend on the teacher, not all of them have the same ways and sometimes I agree or disagree with them but the end of the day, I must study anyways so it doesn't matter what I think about them.
